“Sincerely, Dorothy” is a concept album that brings to life the letters written from Dorothy Mains to her daughter in law, Anna. Her correspondence speaks of ancient grudge, the rift between a father and a son, and Dorothy’s last attempt to reconcile her family before she dies. In January of 2014, the album was played live alongside a cast of actors who brought the story on stage.
